And prepare well against them with whatever you are able in power, and from the cavalry, with it, you terrify the enemy of Lord Allah and enemy of yours and others besides them whom you don’t know, and Allah knows them; and whatever you spend in the way of Allah, it will be fully repaid into you, and you will not be wronged.
It is told in verse 17: 64 that Lord gave Satan the power for straying anyone he can from the Straightpath with his voice and with his horses and his cavalry and to become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise them; but the promise of Satan is nothing except delusions. Today, as there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, there is no Jihad with weapons. The odd-believer is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr—the Strong Weapon—against the Kuffar and hypocrites as explained in verses 2: 154 and 3: 27.
